Terms of Service

By using the services provided by Agentic Assistance (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at agentic-assistance.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Agentic Assistance provides AI-powered digital services including but not limited to landing page design, invoice generation, SEO audits, AI visual content creation, and custom agentic system development. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are confirmed prior to work commencing.

2. Payment

Payment is due as indicated at time of purchase. For fixed-price products, payment is collected at checkout. For custom projects, a scope and price are agreed upon before payment is requested. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and provided in good faith. Simple deliverables (invoices, SEO audits, AI visuals) are typically delivered within 1–24 hours. Complex projects (landing pages, custom systems) are delivered within agreed timelines. We will communicate proactively if any delays arise.

4. Revisions

Fixed-price products include one round of revisions unless otherwise stated. Custom projects include revision terms agreed upon during scoping.

5. AI-Assisted Production

Our services are described as “AI-powered.” In practice, this means we use AI tools (including large language models and image-generation systems) to accelerate specific phases of our workflow — ideation, drafting, asset production, and quality checks. Every deliverable is reviewed, directed, and refined by a human designer before handoff. We do not auto-generate and ship unsupervised AI output as a finished product.

We select AI providers whose terms prohibit using customer inputs to train their models. Your brand assets, business information, and project materials are not used to train third-party AI, and are not shared beyond the providers necessary to deliver your project. If you prefer an AI-free production process, let us know before payment and we will confirm whether we can accommodate.

6. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, you own the deliverables we create for you — including all source files, editable formats, and applicable intellectual property rights. We retain no ongoing license fees and claim no residual rights to your deliverables. We may use non-confidential work samples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.

7. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed work. If a project cannot be completed as scoped, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. Concerns about deliverables should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

8. SMS Communications

9. Limitation of Liability

Agentic Assistance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Intellectual Property

Our website, branding, and proprietary systems remain the property of Agentic Assistance. You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
